SCHMITT ENERTEC has designed compact CHP units from 20 – 300 kWel with the advantage of simple installation on site.

Our engineers developed the SMD control system based on a reliable PLC. Main attention were comfort and user friendliness. Remote access for our service personal is provided by phone modem.

SCHMITT ENERTEC developed its own spark ignited gas engine series based on proven successful industrial diesel engines.

The latest generation of SCHMITT ENERTEC gas engines is provided with combustion temperature probes to control the gas/air mixture.

A conversion of a diesel engine to run with an emulsion of used lubrication oils and water as a fuel has been designed and is now on the testing on-site.

Woodgas

SCHMITT ENERTEC designed special woodgas engines wich are able to run with low calorific values (LHV of woodgas is about 1,7 kWh/Nm³).

We developed a special gas mixer for woodgas to use on spark ignited as well as on dual fuel engines.
