Testing- and Commissioning Engineer (m/f)
Your task is the initial commissioning of our CHP units
on our test stands, and at inland and abroad.
For the initial
commissioning configure our PLC controls in accordance with the specific
customer requirements and provide all the parameters accordingly.
You edit
and create an independent check at the end of each test run a test report. In
the interplay with other employees accept the call for our customers, even on
weekends.
You are engineers specializing in mechanical or electrical
engineering and ideally have experience with internal combustion engines and /
or PLC controls.

You have
completed professional training as an engine fitter, metal builder, construction
mechanic or similar occupation. Ideally, you have experience in MIG/MAG- and /
or TIG welding.

Your task is the editing of engine parts with
conventional machinery. These include drilling, honing, grinding and turning of
cylinders, crankshafts, etc.

Your task is the production of welded constructions such as heat exchangers, steel frame construction, and their surveillance in relation to DIN EN ISO 3834, AD 2000 HP0, TRD 201 and HP 100 R, as well as DIN 18800-7 Class C.
You are trained professional welding / welding specialist engineer and have experience both in the execution as well as in the monitoring of welding work. The relevant standards are well known to you.

You coordinate our plant in collaboration with
customers, planning offices and our manufacturing and our assembling team.
You have a degree in process engineering or mechanical and have professional
experience in plant construction project accountability. Our plants are
supplied to 60% abroad. Good knowledge of English in speech and writing are
therefore required.

You plan and monitor the work jobs of our
production teams. SCHMITT ENERTEC gas engines, CHP units and wood gasifirer
plants in
Mendig with a high degree of vertical integration. This includes both the metal
with welding, cutting production, water jet cutting, engine and Control.
You are engineering technician or engineer for production engineering
or mechanical engineering and have experience in production planning and
personnel management. You are open for new methods such as Kai-Zen open and you are prepared
to face new challenges.
