Biogas plant at Tokachi, Hokkaido Island, Japan supplied with a SCHMITT ENERTEC CHP unit FMB-25-KSM.

 

This is one of the first biogas plants in Japan with spark ignited gas engine use.

The unit is providing 450 kW of electric power and 641 kW of thermal power to the residents of this large building complex. 

 

The exhaust emission limits in Korea are only 50 ppm NOx while the actual NOx emissions on this unit are only 19 ppm.

This plant is equipped with a 80 kW Woodgas Gen-Set acting together with the special Tar-free wood-gasifier system.

 

Car wash factory of Mr. Wash AG in Düsseldorf, Germany. 

 

Mr. Wash is one of the biggest car washing companies in germany. Mr. Wash is using SCHMITT ENERTEC CHP units with diesel fuel on most of their plants. 

 

Their car wash factory in Frankfurt is assumed to be the biggest one in the world with the ability to wash more than 600 cars per hour.

 

It is supplied with 600 kWe and 771 kWth by SCHMITT ENERTEC CHP units.

in Belgium. 

 

The CHP unit is using the methane gas from

a anaerobic step waste water treatment plant.

 

Before the gas is used in the engine it is

cleaned in a desulphurisation plant.
