Markus Schmitt: Markus Schmitt, class 1962, started his carrer already 1980 as trainee in the parental enterprise: F.J. Schmitt gas & Diesel Technology. Besides the daily work in the operational business he finished after work studies in mechanical engineering and business administration. 1998 together with his brother, he created the SCHMITT ENERTEC GmbH, which took over all rights, demands and commitments of the parental enterprise. Markus Schmitt forced the development of gas engines and CHP´s in the last 25 years, - experiences on those the future builds.

Dipl. Ing. (FH) Frank Schmitt: Frank Schmitt, class 1968, studied process engineering, Energy-and environmental technologies at the technical school in Bingen. Joining his fathers business in 1991 he designed the first SCHMITT ENERTEC CHP units. In the context of the transfer of the fathers business he created 1998, together with his brother, the SCHMITT ENERTEC GmbH. Since 2001 he concerns himself with export sales and the start-up of CHP´s abroad. Nearly 20 years experience in lay-out, design, production and start-up are the bases on those Frank Schmitt can rely on, today.
